Course Summary
This qualification provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage and lead others in adult care service.
The qualification is formed of mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units cover core competencies whilst the optional units allow learners to choose from a variety of areas to tailor the qualification to their needs, interests and to reflect the context of their work.
It covers a wide range of topics including:

We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs.
All units within the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management will be assessed in the workplace using a variety of assessment methods by a qualified workplace assessor.
Entry requirements
Learners must be in a job role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting, or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles.
