Where Will You Be Located?
Enjoy the flexibility of working both on-site and from home! You’ll be visiting developments across Milton Keynes, Watford, and Cambridge, with one day a week at our office in Hoddesdon (EN11).
Your Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will manage a well-established residential portfolio, leveraging your knowledge of the Building Safety Act and experience with Higher Risk Buildings. Your key tasks will include:
* Monitoring services in line with service level agreements and lease terms.
* Creating and managing budgets for Landlord approval and overseeing Service Charge collections.
* Leading meetings with RMC Directors, Residents' Associations, and Developers.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and M&E requirements.
* Maintaining a thorough audit trail for site visits and meetings.
* Promptly identifying and addressing maintenance issues.
* Following consultation procedures and reviewing lease requirements for major works.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate who is not only experienced but also passionate about property management. Here’s what you’ll need:
* Previous experience in Block/Estate Property Management.
* Understanding of leases, service charge budgeting, and relevant legislation.
* Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and experience with complex sites.
* Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
* Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
