Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team for a fixed-term contract of six months. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of fee calculation methodologies and financial analysis within the organisation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFee Calculation Review: Undertake a comprehensive review of fee calculation methodologies across the business.
Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying and evaluating the effectiveness of current practises. \n\nFinancial Analysis: analyse potential financial impacts associated with various methodologies. You will provide insights that will aid in strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
\n\nPresentation Preparation: Prepare clear and compelling presentations and proposal documentation that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. \n\nCommunication Tracking: Maintain thorough tracking of communications with clients to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging. Your organisational skills will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships.
\n\nTraining Material Development: Develop comprehensive training materials that will support the onboarding and continuous development of team members. Your ability to distil complex information into digestible formats will be invaluable.\nQualifications and Skills:\n\nProven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.\nStrong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and fee calculation methodologies.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.\nProactive and self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nExperience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions is a plus. \n\nOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
