Office Manager – Technology Consultancy (Edinburgh / Hybrid)


We’re working with a high-quality technology consultancy to hire a broad Office / Business Support Manager – a genuinely influential role where you’ll become the backbone of the business.

This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role, covering everything that keeps the business running smoothly – from accounts and invoicing, to business operations, HR support, and internal processes. You’ll be central to how the company functions day to day.


What you’ll be doing (broadly):

* Owning office and business operations end-to-end
* Managing invoicing, accounts coordination and supplier relationships
* Supporting HR processes (onboarding, policies, day-to-day people ops)
* Helping maintain strong internal processes and governance
* Supporting compliance and ISO standards (experience here is a big plus)


What we’re looking for:

* Experience in a broad office management / business support role
* Comfortable spinning multiple plates in a professional services or consultancy environment
* Exposure to ISO standards / quality management systems
* Organised, pragmatic, and happy working with autonomy
* Someone who enjoys being relied upon and trusted
