About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging content that motivates and enhances our brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute multi-channel content strategy to increase podcast visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
2. Edit videos and clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
3. Optimize YouTube channels by creating compelling titles, thumbnails, and leveraging platform features for growth.
4. Create and curate content using AI tools, maintaining a consistent visual and editorial brand identity.
5. Schedule and upload content in line with marketing plans and partner requirements.
6. Write engaging copy using AI, maintaining a tone that reflects each podcast’s values.
7. Manage community by engaging with comments and messages to foster a positive audience.
8. Track performance using analytics tools, report regularly, and refine strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels.
* Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
* Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus.
* Experience creating visual content like thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and content priorities.
