Client Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
* Lead client meetings, presenting insights and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively.
* Create forecasting models and assess Return on Investment (ROI) for client initiatives.
* Maintain strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and market trends.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support compliance and continuous improvement.
* Apply a structured, process-driven approach to optimize workflow and efficiency.
* Guide client expectations, ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering productive partnerships.
* Utilise MS Office tools proficiently for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience in product-led market launches, particularly within pharmaceutical sectors.
