Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen during service, ensuring timely delivery of food
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and consistency
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times
Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Assist with menu planning, costing, and development of new dishes
Ensure all food production meets quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
Work closely with management to deliver excellent hospitality and customer satisfaction
Lead kitchen shifts when required (Sous Chef )
Oversee kitchen operations, staffing, and training
Support catering, banqueting, and events where required
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
