What we’re looking for
10. Previous experience in a sales-based role (e.g. estate agency, call centre or similar) would be beneficial
11. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
12. Motivated to build a career in financial services
13. Comfortable discussing solutions and guiding customers through financial decisions
14. Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results
15. Positive and proactive approach to learning and development
16. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

17. Supporting clients with mortgage and protection advice
18. Building relationships with estate agency colleagues
19. Generating new business opportunities
20. Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
This role can suit candidates from sales, estate agency, banking, customer service, recruitment or other customer-facing roles, as well as graduates interested in finance.
