In this dynamic role, you'll: * Support daily kitchen operations * Deliver exceptional dishes and guest experiences * Lead with professionalism and uphold the highest food safety standards * Champion Bluestone's values of Genuine Care, True Ownership, and Growing as a Team. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience at Sous Chef level * Love for great food, teamwork, and hospitality * Own transport to/from work * Availability for evenings, weekends, and festive periods * 4 days on, 3 off – 48-hour week contract.
