This will be achieved through being an advocate for and displaying the Princes Values and Princes Way of behaviours and competencies.

Key Role Focus/Overview:
3. To deliver and manage the end-to-end Induction experience for New Starters (from Day One to 30,60,90 Days) and create an improved experience that considers; a welcoming environment, supported colleagues and great knowledge transfer by ‘buddy’s/Mentors/Subject Matter Experts so new starters feel confident & valued.
4. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory/audit training requirements (e.g., Health & Safety, Technical) are completed and records are kept up to date and submitted to Colleague Training Lead.
5. Working with Colleague Training Lead and Colleague Training Co-Ordinator peers to ensure all operational training needs move to a consistent approach across all UK Operations sites to create a ‘One Princes’ gold standard.
6. Ensures that any operational training intervention touch point is engaging, knowledge is retained by colleagues and follow up is adhered to check understanding.
7. Works as part of a remote team of other site-based Colleague Training Co-Ordinators to create a ‘one team’ focus that are motivated to become a training team that is impactful and make a positive difference at sites for all Colleague Training initiatives.

11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. – Essential.
12. Computer literate with good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills – Essential.
13. Is self-motivated but a key team player within a remote working team – Essential.
