Unitemps, Harper Adams University provides permanent and temporary staffing recruitment solutions to campus departments and commercial clients throughout the UK. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Harper Adams University Unitemps office.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide administrative support within the office, assisting both the Branch Manager and Recruitment Consultants with a variety of tasks. This role is key in supporting the employability of students, graduates, and local jobseekers by ensuring efficient and compliant recruitment processes.
As a customer service-focused Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the candidate and client administration involved in the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant legislation during the onboarding process, such as Right to Work checks and adherence to the Agency Workers Regulations.
This is a full 360‑degree recruitment support role, requiring effective engagement with both clients and candidates at all levels. You will often be the first point of contact whether by phone, email, or in‑person for those interacting with the Unitemps office. In addition, you will provide administrative support across a range of business development.
Ideally the successful candidate will have Good general standard of education (ideally educated to A‑Level/BTEC and beyond or similar) along with a relevant professional qualification gained in recruitment, sales or marketing.
