At Harington's Boutique Hotel, we're looking for an experienced waiter/waitress with barista-standard coffee skills to join our team for breakfast service. You'll be welcoming guests, preparing and serving breakfast, and making professional coffee drinks using a commercial coffee machine.
The role:
* Breakfast service only: 7.30am – 1.30pm shifts
* Preparing and serving coffee to barista standard
* Looking after guests with warmth and professionalism
* Assisting with setting up, service, and clean-down of the breakfast rooms and public areas

What we're looking for:
* Must have experience in a commercial coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel
* Confidence in using a barista-standard coffee machine
* Bonus if you have barista certification or bartending skills (not essential)
* Excellent customer service and a positive team spirit
* Must be available to work alternate weekends
* Immediate start required
