We're looking to recruit an Account Manager to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Delivery Team! Reed delivers flexible and contingent workforce solutions into The Royal Mail group exclusively via Angard Staffing. In this role, you’ll work as part of a dynamic delivery team, supporting the efficient delivery of resource into different Royal Mail business areas. The role : As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders within one of our largest and longest standing client accounts, The Royal Mail group. Your role will focus on building and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level within the client group and ensuring that our Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service. This role will require you to travel up to 3 days per week to your sites, as and when. This role is initially being offered on a 9-month Fixed term contract. Key accountabilities : Spending ‘face time’ with the client to help build strong working relationships Working closely with our delivery team to support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements Support with identifying opportunities to grow existing supply Managing the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers where Running regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, and producing appropriate MI to analyse and inform decision making Skills and Experience : We’re ideally seeking candidates with extensive experience working within high-volume recruitment industries. It's also essential that you: Have demonstrable experience working with high level clients Are able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously Have experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume setting Have experience with MI reporting, ideally using Microsoft systems including Power BI and Excel What can Reed offer you?
