A rapidly, yet organically growing, culture-driven US law firm is seeking personable, motivated, team-oriented solicitors with a minimum of seven years post-qualified experience in any area of law, excluding Family, Insurance, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law.
The firm currently has over 260 partners, a number that continues to grow each year. Every partner operates under the same transparent fee-sharing arrangement, ensuring fairness and clarity regardless of seniority.
We are looking for solicitors with their own book of business (valued at around £300,000, equating to £240,000 earned annually) who are seeking a more flexible and rewarding opportunity.

Requirements:
* At least 7 years post-qualified experience within a reputable Legal 500 ranked law firm. Ideally you will be at least 10 years post qualified.
