Main responsibilities:
* Serving guests in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events.
* Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
* Ensuring cleanliness of work areas.
* Following departmental and company policies and procedures.
* Complying with legislative and safety regulations.
* Remaining polite and courteous at all times.
What we are looking for:
* Ability to work independently or in teams.
* Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
* Flexibility to work shifts - mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred qualifications:
* Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience.
* Experience with cash handling.
* Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
