Your Role as Commercial Property Partner: Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property matters, from acquisitions and leases to development and investments. Manage and expand a diverse client portfolio, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. Lead and inspire junior solicitors, helping to develop their skills and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Drive business development, bringing in new clients and helping to further elevate the firm’s market presence. Ensure all work complies with the latest regulations while maintaining the firm’s reputation for the highest standards of professional conduct. What We're Looking For: Qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law. Proven success managing complex property transactions and providing outstanding client service. Strong leadership abilities, with the experience and passion to mentor and develop a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach. Commercially minded, with a proactive attitude towards business development and growth.
