THE VACANCY
We are looking to expand our Supply Chain team and are open to consider applications form individuals with relevant experience as well as those looking to develop their career in supply chain.

THE ROLE
SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR
You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will have the responsibility for all export paperwork in relation to the transportation of our fresh product. Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
· Checking processing schedule.
· Checking weather and ferry timetables from Islands and any delays communicated to customers.
· Ensuring any stock discrepancies are investigated with packing station and transport companies.
· Liaise with transport companies daily and communicate any dispatch issues with customers.
· Reconcile previous days' orders, and invoices and posting to accounts.
TRAINEE SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR
Similar to the Supply Chain Coordinator role you will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal and external partners. You will receive full training and support to develop the skills needed to assist with the export paperwork in relation to the transportation of our fresh product.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn, with excellent team working and communication skills. Computer literacy is essential.
