Family Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Staffordshire, £50,000-£65,000 (DOE) –
\nWe are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire that is looking to expand its family department. The team is known for providing expert, client-focused advice and is seeking a talented Solicitor to join them in delivering exceptional family law services.

\nTHE ROLE:
\n• Handle a broad range of family law matters including divorce and separation, civil partnership dissolution children matters, relationship and separation agreements and declarations of trust.
\n• You will manage your own caseload with exposure to high-quality and complex matters.
\n• Work closely with a committed and experienced team.
\n• Full-time role involving both office-based work and attendance at court.
\n
\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\n• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ PQE, though those with a strong background in family law will also be considered.
\n• Must demonstrate strong enthusiasm, a solid work ethic and a genuine passion for family law.
\n• Confident in handling sensitive matters and building positive client relationships.
\n• Ability to drive preferred due to nature of work.
