Job Overview
The main purpose of a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative is to manage the movement of goods across all sectors and distances for a range of customers, from private individuals to sole traders and through to large global organisations.
Duties
As an apprentice, you'll work at the company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work:
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Adhering to Health & safety in a warehouse environment
* Teamwork & building relationships with various departments
* Receipt, control, storage, and dispatch of goods/stock
* Safe use of equipment, pump truck, and machinery
* Goods flow Product handling
* IT and digital input and management
* Stock control
* Bespoke training programmes
Training schedule
Your programme will be approximately 18 months in duration, and you will receive workshops in the following areas:
Workshops:
