About the Role: We are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee and enhance the clinical care provided within our cleints 80-bed home, which includes general nursing, residential, respite, and specialist dementia services. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll lead a team of dedicated nurses and care professionals, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently maintained.
