Fire & Security Role: Are you an Install Manager working with fire, security and network installations?


Paying up to £42k–£50k + Company Vehicle (electric or allowance)


The ideal candidate would have:

* Contracts management experience within construction or engineering
* Previous experience within the Fire & Security industry
* Experience managing teams and delivering against performance targets
* Strong commercial awareness and project costing experience
* Clear understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and Health & Safety requirements
* Experience managing subcontractors, RAMS, and SLAs
* Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities


Qualifications:

* HND level or relevant industry experience (desirable)
* NEBOSH, IOSH or SMSTS (desirable)
* CSCS card or equivalent (desirable)


About the role:

The Installation Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operational activities of installations, providing leadership, support, and promoting ownership across the team.


You will oversee all aspects of fire, security and network installations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company procedures.


The role includes managing installation teams, including Project Managers and Installation Engineers, along with subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered in line with SLAs, budgets, and customer expectations.


You will act as a key point of contact for customer contracts, supporting delivery, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Working closely with Sales and Service teams, you will support business growth, develop team performance, and ensure effective communication across departments.


The role also involves monitoring performance, managing resources, attending progress meetings, and driving continuous improvement across installation delivery.


This position is based from office locations in the UK with regular travel to sites and client premises.
