As Marketing Manager, you won't simply deliver campaigns - you'll help define a new era for the hospital. You'll work as part of Bupa's wider marketing, digital, PR and commercial teams, supported by a high-performing central engine that is driving growth across Diagnostics & Secondary Care London. This is your chance to create momentum, build a refreshed market presence and help integrate King Edward VII into a connected network alongside Cromwell Hospital, New Victoria Hospital, London Medical, Basinghall Clinic and our Diagnostics portfolio. How you'll help us make health happen

* Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition and commercial growth for King Edward VII Hospital.
* Create integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR and offline channels, ensuring they are compliant, impactful and insight‑led.
* Manage agency partners and internal functions to produce high-quality creative, ensuring consistent brand, clinical and regulatory standards.
* Lead campaign reporting, performance analysis and optimisation, generating actionable insights to drive continual improvement.
* Partner closely with Bupa's Digital team to enhance website content, structure and performance.
* Support cross‑Bupa collaborative marketing activity, aligning the hospital's messaging with the broader Diagnostics & Secondary Care London strategy.
* Oversee social media content calendars and support PR planning in partnership with central PR teams.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective investment, strong ROI and accurate forecasting.


Qualifications

* Extensive experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and offline channels.
* Proven success driving commercial outcomes, patient acquisition, revenue growth or referral development.
* Strong analytical ability, including interpreting digital metrics, segmentation, market insight and campaign performance data.
* Experience managing agencies and holding them to performance KPIs.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, ideally within clinical, operational or multi‑disciplinary environments.
* High‑quality written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce compelling copy and marketing assets.
* Experience working with brand governance and compliance processes.
* Ability to manage budgets, assess ROI and allocate investment effectively.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare or other regulated industries.
* Graduate-level education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or business.


Desirable

* Experience marketing in a hospital, private healthcare, wellbeing or regulated clinical environment.
* Familiarity with self‑pay and private healthcare consumer behaviour.
* Experience working within large, matrixed organisations or across multiple sites.
