What will I be doing? - Ownership of the Demand plan for Gloucester MRO site - Regular reviews with EAMEI Sales Director to ensure accuracy of Sales Input Forecast and Rotable Planning - Co-ordinating and presenting monthly demand reviews with Sales and Operations - Maintaining monthly KPIs - Ownership of the Rotable Plan for Gloucester MRO site and coordinate planning activities across MRO network, whilst effectively managing Gloucester MRO interests - Ownership of the Master Production Schedule, ensuring that it is continually updated on a 6-month rolling basis - Ensuring all landing gear sub-contract offload is identified in-line with MRO Division strategy and act as the focal point for co-ordinating and administering all offload activity Candidate skills & requirements What do I need to succeed in the role? - A good knowledge of business process and systems & Landing Gear MRO industry, preferred but not essential - Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel - Ability to organise and manage large volumes of data - Understanding of A320 & 737NG landing gear standards and interchangeability, preferred but not essential - Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines (mix of short and long term ones) - Excellent communication skills at all levels of organisation - Ability to develop and deliver realistic targets in line with business requirements At Safran, we understand that diversity and inclusion make teams stronger and more effective, and as an organisation, we are committed to fair and equitable employment practices for everyone.
