1. Basic Salary: £29,656 (Rising to £30,922 after Manufacturer Training)

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
1 in 4 Saturday mornings
What You’ll Be Doing:
8. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
9. Handling parts enquiries and orders efficiently
10. Managing stock levels, returns, and logistics
11. Supporting the team in a busy, well-organised department
About You:
12. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (franchise dealership or motor factor experience preferred)
13. Strong communication and organisation skills
14. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
15. Passionate about providing excellent customer service
