A vibrant and inclusive mainstream Primary School in Ilford is seeking dedicated and enthusiasticSEN Teaching Assistantsto join their team from September 2025. The school is looking for both long-term staff and bank staff to support across a range of settings. These roles are offered through Destination Education, a specialist education recruitment agency working in close partnership with schools across London and the surrounding counties. We are currently supporting this Ilford based school in finding high-quality SEN support staff for the new academic year. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, either: Within the mainstream classroom, providing 1:1 or small group support Or in the schools dedicated SEN resource provision, where pupils receive tailored, structured support in a smaller setting You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and other support staff to ensure each child receives the attention and strategies they need to thrive.
