We have an exciting opportunity to join CSG Talent's established in-house Marketing Team as a Marketing Executive.
This is a pivotal role within the Marketing Team, working closely alongside all members of the team to ensure we deliver on our goal of strengthening and increasing awareness of the CSG brand globally and generating leads.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who has experience in B2B marketing who is looking to build on their experience throughout the marketing funnel and hone their skills with the opportunity to specialise in areas of interest further down the line.
Overview
The Role:
* Work closely with our content team to ensure all thought leadership content not only looks fantastic but is heavily promoted through email and social campaigns
* Become the 'go to' person for our email campaigns - building engaging campaigns, sharing leads and tracking successes
* Become a whizz on our website, working closely with our digital agency to ensure it is the best reflection of the CSG brand and our areas of expertise and is fully optimised for lead generation
* Work closely with our teams of recruiters to support in the nurture of customers - from ensuring job adverts are delivering the best results to supporting on the creation of engaging pitches and proposals
* Play your part in CSG Talent's Internal Communications, through developing presentations for our end of month / quarter presentations, AGM, People Awards and supporting on the branding requirements for all internal events
* Become a CSG Talent brand custodian, ensuring adherence to the brand guidelines across the company
* Get involved with ad hoc requests and supporting the wider marketing, people and sales teams on various tasks including creating candidate packs, printing requests, brand merchandise, internal branding and general document design requests
What You Bring to the Table
* Good academic background with a Degree in English, Marketing, Business or similar
* Demonstrable marketing experience within a B2B or professional services environment
* Excellent written English, ideally confident in copywriting
* Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles across SEO, CMS management, email marketing, social media marketing (particularly LinkedIn)
* An 'eye for design' and competent in standard design and office tools Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Canva and ideally Adobe Creative Suite
* An interest in analytics; able to track key metrics to establish success and ROI
* Great communication skills, able to build relationships and work with colleagues across all teams and levels within the business.
* Someone who can confidently identify priorities and organise their workload in line with business and team goals
* 'Can do' attitude, happy to get stuck in with the team to make things happen!
