With a strong child-first ethos, the home provides a safe, family-like environment where young people feel valued, supported, and able to thrive. Operating with a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach (including PACE), the service focuses on resilience, growth, and positive outcomes. This opportunity is suited to an established Registered Manager or a proven Deputy Manager ready to step up and take ownership of a service, bringing leadership, expertise, and vision.
