An established organisation in the Romford area, my client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team.
Your new role
Working as part of a professional, friendly and supportive credit team, key duties will include:
1. Chasing overdue payments via phone, email and letter
2. Monitoring customer credit limits and account balances
3. Reviewing new and existing customer credit limits
4. Investigating and resolving customer queries and disputes
5. Monitoring debtor balances and ensuring timely collection of monies
6. Support team members with queries

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar credit control role, with confidentmunication skills and a positive and proactive approach.
What you'll get in return
Starting salary £31000 - £32000
