We’re Hiring Registered General Nurses (day or night)
Location: Chaucer House, Canterbury, Kent
Hours: 36 hours per week for Day shifts and 48 hours per week for Night shifts

What You’ll Do
* Provide hands‑on nursing care, manage clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants.
* Ensure every resident receives personalised, high‑quality care tailored to their individual needs.
* Lead and inspire the care team, fostering a warm, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to uphold care excellence.
