Overview

Warringtonfire, part of Element are seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to support the Lead Laboratory Coordinator in performance of day-to - day administrative tasks at our new facility at Birchwood Park. This is a great opportunity to join a leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company Making Tomorrow Safer Than Tomorrow....

Responsibilities


* Raising and goods receipting of purchase orders
* Delivery reconciliation
* Supply partner liaison
* Update and maintain Order Fulfilment Dashboard
* Laboratory data transfer
* Process workwear / PPE Requests
* Update and maintain Training records and matrix
* Arrange and coordinate Team training
* Work with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
* Any adhoc general administrative duties as and when required

Skills / Qualifications

* Good communication and time management skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Previous experience of working in an office environment
* Working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
