You'll handle a highvolume of inbound and outbound calls, providing advice and solutions tocustomer queries.In our busy and friendly team, your role is to respond to, andaction the wide range of queries and requests that come to you. These might befrom our National Account Sales team, and you'll be investigating and loggingcalls in line with our agreed service levels through our Reflex system.
