Description
We are growing our studio by hiring a Creative Apprentice to support design & production across exhibitions studio projects. You will help turn ideas into visuals, artwork for live events, exhibition stands, websites and film. Learn from an experienced team and build solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema 4D, motion graphics and WordPress.

You will help turn ideas into visuals, artwork and finished deliverables for live events, exhibition stands, websites and film. You will learn from an experienced multidisciplinary team and build solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema 4D, motion graphics and WordPress.

Force Four Creative is an integrated agency creating brand experiences across exhibitions, film and animation, digital and web, conferences and training, and creative design. Our exhibition work ranges from shell scheme graphics through to full design and build. We combine strategy, creative and production under one roof so projects move quickly and to a high standard.
What you will do
* Support the design and development of 3D exhibition stand concepts in Cinema 4D, producing clear visuals and realistic renders.
* Prepare and adapt exhibition graphics for print using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, following print specs and stand dimensions.
* Create simple animations, logo idents and on‑screen graphic overlays in After Effects, and edit short videos in Premiere Pro.
* Help with website content updates in WordPress, including page layouts, imagery and basic SEO housekeeping.
* Build artwork for brochures, workbooks and handouts in InDesign, working to grids, styles and brand guidelines.
* Liaise with the team to gather briefs, log actions and progress, and keep up to date notes.
* Carry out pre‑flight artwork checks, proofing and quality control.
* Support exhibition preparation and installs, including packing kit, on‑site assistance and photography.
* Capture project content for case studies and social media posts, including stills, short clips and behind‑the‑scenes notes.
Skills and qualities you will bring
* A genuine interest in the creative process, exhibitions, and visual communication.
* Some hands‑on experience in Adobe Creative Cloud. Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to a reasonable beginner level is ideal.
* Curiosity about 3D design. Any exposure to Cinema 4D or similar is welcome, and training will be provided.
* A steady eye for layout, typography, colour and detail.
* Good organisation and a calm approach when plans change or deadlines move.
* Clear, friendly communication and a collaborative mindset.
* Right to work in the UK.
Entry requirements
Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent Level 2 need to be at Grade C/4 or above.
You need to put a PORTFOLIO of examples of content work you have created. Your application will not be considered if nothing is put up as an example. Please ensure we have access to the link if password protected.
Training to be provided
Content Creator Level 3 Standard
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from the industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, and the opportunity for continued career progression.

Things to consider
This role is studio-based in Market Harborough with occasional travel to shows and client sites. Some early starts or later finishes may be required on installation and show days, with notice. We provide the software, equipment and a supportive environment that values care, creativity and reliability.
Nice to have
* Basic motion graphics in After Effects & video editing in Premiere Pro.
* Any experience with WordPress page builders like Divi or HTML/CSS basics.
* Sketching or quick concepting to communicate ideas.
* A full UK driving license.
