Driver Hire Inverness is offering a fantastic opportunity for an HGV Driver / Porter to join a well-established removals and logistics team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hands-on role combining professional driving with removals and porter duties. Previous experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, customer-focused, and looking to grow within a supportive team. Occasional overtime and nights away may be required.

📦 Key Responsibilities:
8. Driving HGV vehicles for removals and deliveries
9. Loading and unloading vehicles/storage containers with household or business contents
10. Dismantling and reassembling furniture
11. Packing fragile and non-fragile items
12. Safely transporting goods to and from customer locations
13. Providing excellent customer service at all times
14. Assisting with general warehouse duties
15. Conducting routine vehicle checks and reporting maintenance issues
16. Adhering to safety protocols and company procedures
đź“‹ Requirements:
17. Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Licence
18. CPC Card and Digital Tacho Card
19. Physically fit and capable of manual handling
20. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
21. Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential)
