Global Service Line Leader – GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY
Job Description Summary
Responsible for successful delivery of multiple complex GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY projects as a Global Service Line Leader. As a Senior Professional, you will drive thought leadership in GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY and related areas with our customers and partners worldwide. This role includes hiring and grooming top talent to ensure customer success, working with Portfolio Leaders globally to deploy top talent on GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY projects, and maintaining utilization and other targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate domain-level technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across the product line.
* Contribute to the development of GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY software and data delivery platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated in different methods.
* Lead the implementation of GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY solutions globally to ensure on-time, high-quality project deliverables for customers.
* Assist pre-sales cycles of GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY opportunities by engaging effectively with the Sales Teams globally.
* Lead regional GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY teams and ensure technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
* Typically, a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports. Ability to attract and retain talent; manages medium to large teams. Develops expertise in own function and may include roles that provide professional or thought leadership. Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
* Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Uses industry trends to inform decision making.
* Leads others to find creative solutions within complex technology processes with technical variety and interdependent functions. Employs advanced operational, delivery, or engineering techniques. Collaborates with adjacent functions to solve issues. Evaluates quality of information and resolves data conflicts for analysis. Uses multiple resources to arrive at a decision.
* Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates with internal stakeholders to adopt different viewpoints. Influences peers to act and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
* Leads research and evaluation of emerging technologies, industry and market trends to support project development and operational support activities.

Technical Expertise
* Ability to consult with customers on aligning business outcomes with technical solutions at the enterprise level.
* Proficient in analyzing, designing, and developing software solution roadmaps based on current and future business states.
* Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; experience with complex solution configurations.
* Familiar with the full range of solution catalogs within a business unit; able to discuss overall solutions in depth.
* Experienced in sustaining operational stability across various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, decommissioning).
* Ability to provision and manage capital and operating budgets.
* Skilled in leading early-stage customer interactions and guiding them in integrating new solutions with legacy technology.

* Adept at navigating organizational structures, understanding roles, and leveraging resources to overcome obstacles.
* Strong understanding of internal/external business models; skilled at facilitating active customer engagement.
* Able to articulate what is most important to the business/customer to achieve key outcomes.

* Extensive knowledge of the full solution catalog; can discuss each area at an advanced level.
* Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification.

Required Qualifications
* Strong Utilities Industry Knowledge and GRIDOS TECHNOLOGY domain expertise
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
* Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in the software industry
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
* Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
* Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
* Established project management skills
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
