Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
* Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and products
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range to proactively meet customer needs
* Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand and minimise product returns through improved customer support
* Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across various customer segments and product categories
