Our client is a well-established leisure management operator. They continue to grow through contract wins and driving the commercial performance and innovation within their existing estate of leisure centres. They are now looking for a UK Head of Sales and Business Development to continue their growth trajectory. .
We are keen to hear from candidates with a proven track record in:
* Managing and leading on bid strategies within the local government sector.
* Build and develop relationships with client looking at outsourcing/retendering.
* Leading the commercial strategy working closely with the SLT and Operations.
* Expertise in developing sales and yield strategy on products, product development, processes and pricing.?
* Drive membership sales and performance through a data driven approach.
* Strong digital understanding of selling and marketing a lifestyle product or service.
* Deliver the most efficient ways of working across all commercial activities including F and B.
In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 75K, there is a car allowance of 6K, an enhanced employer pension contribution and 30-days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
Hybrid working is available for 2 days per week away from the Midlands Head office.
A relocation package is available for the right candidate.
