Responsibilities Deliver accurate and timely Group performance reporting to support strategic decision-making Develop and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Analyse trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on sales, costs and margin Monitor performance, identify variances and provide clear insight into underlying drivers Partner with leadership teams across the business to provide data-driven analysis and commercial challenge Produce and own weekly EBITDA reporting Support a culture of continuous improvement, insight and commercial discipline About you Proven finance experience within an FMCG, manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment Professionally qualified accountant preferred, or equivalent finance background and experience Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage non-finance stakeholders Advanced Excel capability with a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving High levels of integrity and credibility, with the ability to build strong working relationships Positive, solution-orientated mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo At INSPIRED, we want to inspire colleagues to join, stay, develop, and achieve, creating an inclusive and sustainable business fit for growth.
