Client Services Executive - Payments / Treasury
Contract duration: 12 months
Pay: £337.55/day PAYE or £400/day via umbrella
Location: Manchester (hybrid working - 4 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
* Servicing clients across the Central and Continental Europe
* Serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other product/service issues.
* Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients
* You will also provide day to day servicing support to Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our existing and potential new clients
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
* Client Servicing experience within Financial Services
* Experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle .
* Experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients
* Experience of working in a global team
