More about your role
In this role, you will assist in supporting the Decarbonisation team in delivering energy performance measures in homes. You will support the production of necessary documentation relating to decarbonisation ensuring quality and performance standards are met, assisting in monitoring, procurement, costings and reporting of active schemes. You'll work alongside contractors helping to create efficient, deliverable programmes of work while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you'll assist in completing handover documentation and ensure all team processes, policies, and procedures are effectively maintained.
Essential Criteria
1. Strong verbal communication skills demonstrated through building effective working relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues at all levels, consistently contributing to positive customer service outcomes.
2. Proven experience assisting in the delivery of large-scale programmes, meeting deadlines, targets, and agreed project milestones.
3. Excellent Excel skills
4. You will need to be within a commutable distance Teesside/Middlesbrough area.

You will be proactive, solution focussed with strong verbal communication skills and can build effective relationships with external stakeholders, customers, managers, and colleagues at all levels, with a clear understanding of the importance of excellent customer service. You have experience of supporting the successful delivery of projects and have excellent excel skills. You are self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and can manage your workload in a structured and independent manner.
