Overview
To join our multidisciplinary team you will be: a registered nurse with current professional registration; committed to delivering a high standard of care and supporting change management; an excellent communicator who will innovate, inspire and promote patient safety whilst supporting the ward team; an advocate for our patients, able to identify changes in need and be instrumental in planning for their current and future care. This post involves 7 day working and internal rotation to nights and part time opportunities available.
Responsibilities
A member of the Community Intermediate Care Centre (CICC) who is skilled in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care.
