We are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Team Leader, day-shift, to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team in Cardiff.
Your role will involve ensuring operational excellence in daily fulfilment unit activities by assigning duties to team members, communicating objectives, and coaching staff for development.
Expected Starting Date: July
WHAT WE OFFER
This role offers a starting salary of £26,000 per annum, based on competence & experience.
39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.
Working hours are between 8am - 9pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
* Relevant retail/logistics experience with proven performance
* Minimum 2 years leadership experience with successful team management
* Ability to work through others, set priorities, delegate, and give honest feedback
* Business-minded with a customer focus and budget management skills
* Good computer skills and ability to implement structured work processes
* Confident English communication skills
* Problem-solving experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Lead fulfilment team to ensure high goods availability, operational readiness, and cost efficiency
* Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent to ensure a diverse, high-performing team
* Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment
* Ensure effective daily operations, contribute to goal achievement, and analyze workload to meet seasonal demands
* Support sustainability initiatives within the unit
