Sirona Medical Social Work department is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join the Review Team on an agency basis.

Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join the Review Team for Cambridgeshire Council via Sirona Medical Social Work department.
This role involves approximately 2 days in the office on average, with travel to service users to undertake all work.
Duties
Experience in learning disability and project work is essential. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviews
* Assessments
* MCAs
* Care and support plans
* Safeguarding
* CHC checklists
Qualifications
* BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
* Social Work England Registration
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Experience in Adult Safeguarding
