Family Medicine Physician – Holyoke, Colorado
Family Medicine Role in Holyoke, Colorado: 285k + Sign‑On + Housing. Full‑time, 4–5 days/week with ER coverage included. Up to $250K salary plus benefits.
Schedule
* Monday‑Friday during clinic hours with flexible admin day
* Every third week on‑call and ED oversight
Clinical Details
* Patients per day: 15–20
* EMR: Athena
* Support staff: One dedicated MA; nursing system and hospital support staff
* No procedures
* Dragon dictation
* Care settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Swing Bed, Emergency Department
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree from an accredited program
* Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
* Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
* BLS and ACLS required
* Current DEA registration
* Clean background check and drug screen required
* Bilingual preferred
