We have an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer with a keen eye for attention to detail to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis, based in Luton with the option of splitting some of your time in Kings Cross. (Hybrid working)
As a UX Designer, we’re looking for the successful candidate to be able to quickly propose simple UX solutions to complex business problems while keeping the customer experience front and centre. You’ll also be able to adapt to changing requirements and create everything from basic wireframes to full “market ready” prototypes.
The CRO team plays an important role in optimising the easyJet digital site to improve conversion rates. The purpose of this role is to be a UX Designer in the CRO team designing A/B & MVT tests for easyJet digital journeys. The successful individual will have experience leading UX/UI design decisions in web and mobile-based products, as well as experience and knowledge of CSS and HTML.
In addition to the core objective of increasing conversion rates, the CRO UX Designer will also actively participate in all team ceremonies and processes, driving forward team efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products/services, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all channels.
* Gathering and interpreting test and design requirements with the CRO Manager and stakeholders.
* Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Data and Insight Teams, Digital Performance Analysts, Front End Developers, and other designers.
* Driving user research and design validation through various research methodologies.
* Ensuring work is informed by research, customer feedback, and data.
* Using UX tools such as Userlytics to gather information about customer experiences on easyJet’s digital channels.
* Playing a key role in delivering tests aimed at increasing conversion rates and optimizing the efficiency of the testing processes.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
* An extensive background in UX and UI design.
* Proven experience working in fast-paced digital environments.
* Experience with CSS and HTML.
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Userlytics.
* Ability to manage multiple products and projects within deadlines.
* Experience designing accessible products in accordance with W3C guidelines.
* Experience working within an agile environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
