Our client, a well-established property advisory firm, is seeking a skilled Rural Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their team in Market Harborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work with a diverse portfolio of retained estate management clients across the East Midlands.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing existing retained estate management portfolios, providing exceptional client care, and delivering a range of rural professional services. This position offers the chance to contribute to the growth and success of the firm while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage existing retained estate management portfolios
* Provide exceptional client care and build strong relationships
* Conduct lease renewals, rent reviews, and property management
* Manage income, expenditure, and budgeting for corporate and traditional clients
* Promote and embed Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance in all work
* Identify opportunities to grow and expand the business
Requirements
* MRICS qualified with a rural surveying background
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Confident communicator and effective relationship builder
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Willing to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays
* Ambitious and forward-thinking approach
