Secondment Opportunity: Quality Improvement & Assurance Advisor (Band 7) Location: NHS Grampian – hybrid Summerfield House Duration: Fixed-term secondment (until end of May 2026) Hours: Full-time (37hrs) with part-time considered Are you ready to lead meaningful change and shape the future of quality improvement in NHS Grampian? We are offering an exciting secondment opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Quality Improvement and Assurance Team (QIAT) as part of our senior management team. This role has been strategically commissioned to deliver a focused programme of work that strengthens our improvement infrastructure and aligns local efforts with national priorities. With the launch of Scotland’s NHS Renewal Framework and the development of our service plans, we are committed to embedding a more proactive, coordinated, and value-driven approach to quality improvement (QI). This role will be central to that transformation—supporting the shift from reactive assurance to proactive improvement.
