The group advises corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders on complex capital structure situations across EMEA, with a strong focus on cross‑border mandates. Role Overview As an Associate within the Financial Restructuring team, you will play a critical role in the execution of high‑profile mandates, supporting senior deal teams across all phases of distressed and special situations transactions. You will work on both creditor‑side and debtor‑side engagements, including: Independent Business Reviews Contingency planning Liability management Debt refinancing and capital raising In‑ and out‑of‑court restructuring processes This position offers exceptional exposure to complex financial situations, high client interaction, and the opportunity to grow within one of the most active restructuring platforms in the market.
