As a Spares Assembly Fitter within our production team, you'll be responsible for a variety of assembly operations. We encourage a proactive approach, providing you with the chance to implement continuous improvement methodologies and refine our assembly processes.
You'll have opportunities to learn and progress, with investment being made on site it's an exciting time to join our growing local team.

What do I need to succeed in the role?
1. An Advanced Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) or equivalent
2. Previous fitting, machining and tooling experience, ideally in an Aerospace/Automotive environment.
3. Ability to follow and understand technical engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and test instructions.
4. You will be self-motivated, flexible and be able to contribute fully to improvement activities.
5. Electrical experience would be advantageous but not essential.
