In this role you will support apprentices throughout their training, help them build their skills, manage a structured caseload, carry out regular site visits, and work closely with employers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The role covers the South West region, with travel across South Wales, Bristol, and Cornwall.
The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 qualified Automotive Technician with hands‑on experience in the industry. Full training, including assessor qualifications, will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move into education.
The Role
* Support and coach apprentices in automotive qualifications
* Manage a caseload of learners and carry out regular reviews
* Field‑based role covering South Wales, Bristol, and Cornwall
* Hybrid working with flexibility and autonomy
* Full training and development provided
The Person
* Level 3 Automotive qualification (Light Vehicle, HGV or PSV)
* Background as an Automotive Technician
* Comfortable with travel and occasional stayaways
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Keen to move into a training and development role
