Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Delivery teams within our cross-functional groups.
Promote a quality-first mindset throughout the development lifecycle.
Embed quality into processes, utilizing relevant techniques and heuristics for effective testing and feedback.
Work hands-on with engineers to test and measure product quality during development.
This role is hybrid; expected to work in the office 2 days a week with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering.
A strong desire to improve continuously, with curiosity and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, proactive in identifying and raising risks, and collaborating to resolve issues.
Deep understanding of testing techniques, heuristics, and processes, and their application during development.
Knowledge of test automation, its benefits, and implementation strategies; experience in building automated test frameworks is a plus.
Exposure to applications built with:
Javascript/Typescript + React/Angular/Vue.js
Testing frameworks such as Playwright, Storybook
C# .NET
Observability tools like Grafana or Datadog
